Electronic Form (e-Form) Kiosk

The e-Form Kiosk is a low-cost, automated portable
self-service unit for organizations with distributed locations
such as retail stores, distribution centers, gas stations,
hotels and restaurants which does not have high-speed
access to the internet or corporate network.







Electronic data is available immediately for review by anyone who is responsible for decision
making (central Office) and there is no need to re-key data into the tracking system.  The
encrypted data is captured by central server where it is outputted in XML format which can be
modified to any customized format you want on the web.  (See Product Information for details).

This analog kiosk requires no corporate IT support and connects to any specified hosts via a
dedicated or shared analog telephone line.   It is an ideal solution for distributed locations that
have limited space or budget and wants to implement a totally automated and paper less form
process at locations without internet access and without buying an expensive computers.

Instead of filling out a paper forms like employee or credit card applications, insurance forms,
registration forms, or even voting, user can answer the same questions displayed on the
e-Form Kiosk.  During this interactive process, the kiosk asks the same questions found on a
conventional forms.  This automated process also reduces errors typically made by person
when completing handwritten forms.
